I will go to Japan this year in November and this is probably a dumb question but I’ve read many times the warning to not follow (Nigerian) touts into bars/other establishments as you most probably will get scammed.
Okay sure. But how do you recognize a scammy place in the first place. I think I can avoid following these touts but I am more afraid that I would “accidently/unknowingly” end up in a scammy place by myself. So are there any signs for a bar or other establishment to be careful about that scream “scam”?
