You’ve got three options that either lower a card’s ease (Again, Hard) or do nothing (Good), but only one that raises it (Easy). Unless you’re consistently rating almost all of your reviews as Easy, you’ll eventually end up with cards that you see all the time because they’re more or less permanently stuck on super low review intervals.
