Hi
I came to Japan last year September to work as a 正社員 and so I received a 5 year work visa in engineering/humanities. So my current work visa is valid till September 2028.
I am looking to change jobs but the 2 companies I am talking with are only looking to hire me initially as a 契約社員 for 1 year and 3 years.
My question is if not being a 正社員 any problem at all.
