So I am 35M working in private banking in Canada and want to live close to my family in korea. So i would be looking into relationship manager role in US or Canadaian banks. I speak about N3 Japanese but I can probably improve to N1 level within a year, I have heard that it’s extremely hard to get a job at my age in japan unless I transfer from foreign companies outside the Japan. What’s my strategy here?
