Remittance from SBI to foreign broker account

I am considering to open an account at Shinsei SBI bank.

I am about to start a sole proprietorship and my client will be primarily a company located in the US (I am not an American myself).

So, I will be receiving USD but I want to make sure my client can process the payment in the smoothest possible way.

Also, I plan to send money from Shinsei SBI to fund an IBKR account overseas (US wire). I know IBKR asks for the account to be moved to JP but I’m not sure if I should that yet (I have opened a separate question about this topic). I want to understand how easy it is for SBI account holders to send wire transfers to US or EUR accounts and what sort of limitations, regulations or red tape there might be. For example I had been reading Sony Bank rules for overseasas transfers and they explicitly say cannot forward to brokerages not approved by JP authority.

Other things I should be taking into consideration when opening an account with SBI?

I have considered Prestia as well but the fact SBI seems offering Nisa that’s attractive too. I don’t think Prestia offers Nisa accounts does it?
