Does anyone have experience with this?
I’m not to fly out for another month but I need to get home ASAP.
Their website says to call but I don’t have a Japanese phone plan. Can I just use a pay phone here?
Are there any offices in person I can go to?
I’m not in a good state of mind right now; I’ve been dealing with a bug and this, and just need to get home asap.
