There used to be a restaurant in Tsukiji Outer Market that specialized in “Kyoto-style” highly vinegary warm tuna sushi. I tried to stop by on my visit to Tokyo last week, but it doesn’t seem to have survived COVID. Does anyone, by chance, know what happened to it, and if it relocated someplace else?
