Do I need a Japanese tax license?

I am a US IRS Enrolled Agent, currently living in Japan, and just wondering if anyone knows if I need a Japanese tax license of some kind in order to prepare US taxes for Americans (entirely online) as a kojin-jigyo in Japan?
