This is good, but honestly the government should mandate higher wages for each kid an individual has. A sort of minimum wage that may actually incentivize having children. Although I’d probably cap it at like 3-4 just so no one is becoming a millionaire off of childbearing.

– Provide parents taking child care leave with more benefits. – Expand day care services to make children eligible regardless of their parents’ employment status.
What does more benefits mean? Does this mean they’re going to drop the point system for getting into hoikuen?
