Got promoted to full time employee but my pay check this month decreased drastically. When I check with previous paycheck the 基本給 and other benifits decreased. Is this a transition thing ,or the fact that February has only 28 days , or is it a tax thing. Waaaaayyyyyyy back when I had a job as a æ£ç¤¾å“¡ my senpai warned me that feb/march pay check is decreased due to 年末調整. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: OMG…. I called the company and they confirmed it was an error on their side and they will wire the rest of
the money. I’m so shaking right now. THANK YOU everyone for the response.
