Family with 4 kids (18,15,13,7) and all foodies. Will be in Osaka as arrival city and have a very chill plan to account for jet lag. Does anyone have specific lunch and dinner recommendations. This is our first trip to Japan and most of the trip will be food and wandering. We want to start strong but I continue to see posts about Osaka no longer being the best food city, esp dotonburi becoming too crowded and touristy. We will wander through just to see it but we love hidden gems! Should we avoid a food tour as well – they seem to all focus on that area? Thank you!
