  1. I’m a little confused on the difference between に and には. What would be the difference between two sentences like this?

    1. 公園には鳥が見ました。
    2. 公園に鳥が見ました。

Is it just to emphasize that the topic of the sentence is the park? Is there a significant difference?

  2. Does anyone use the Japanese app on iOS from Renzo inc? Is there a way to export my backup of my Study objects to a new device? Part of the problem is that I am using an older version of the app and iOS on an older iPad.

  3. Are there any particular pronoun nuances to addressing animals? Like if I’m referencing my cat, can I just say 彼女はかわいいです?

  4. Do natives only use particles when using Desu Masu form? In listening practice I find it hard to pick up any particles in casual conversation
