Arrived at Haneda today and my final destination is near Hatagaya Station. My understanding was this meant Keikyu Line to Shinagawa -> Yamanote Line to Shinjuku -> New Keio Line to Hatagaya. However, when following the signs for the New Keio Line at Shinjuku Station I came across exit gates (I believe JR East, they were green) and couldn’t use my Suica to get through them. I had to go to the information center and tell them what station I was headed to, and then they had me scan my Suica there before I could continue.
Any idea what I did wrong? My Apple Wallet shows the first two transfers, but my other attempts just show as “Card Read No Charge”.
