I’ll be going to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka for 10 days. I have been to all of these places before but it’s been years and I am traveling alone, just didn’t want to go too far where I need to transfer planes or take the train more than 5 hours. However I still would love to venture out a bit to see some beautiful scenery or unique food to a place I have not been to. I am flying in and leaving from Tokyo. Is there any other place near where I would be going that you guys recommend? Kyushu is a place I’d love to visit but I feel it’s so far, it’s a whole separate trip or needs at least 5 days just for that. I’m considering going to a national park for day cycling or a hot springs.
