I’m a US citizen but I lived in South Korea 5 years ago, so I need to obtain a criminal background check. Does anyone have experience with this?
I am confused because I’m not sure how I can request this form for the purpose of employment or even personal reasons. I’m reading that it is illegal and the application form itself only list 5 reasons for applying that do not apply to me.
