I’m talking about the HSP points thing that allows you to go thru an accelerated PR application process in 1 year or 3 years.
So let’s say you’re a regular work visa holder(3-5 years, not the 1 year) and you fulfill enough HSP points to get the 1 year PR. Even if you dont hold HSP visa, are you qualified to apply for PR after 1 year using that points system?
