Beautiful job breading the shrimp. It actually takes quite a bit of skill to get it on that evenly and cook it to a uniform color.

Thanks for the comments all. Regarding the recipe; it’s a mix of two, the ebi fry is from JustOneCookbook and the curry is the leftover curry from Aaron and Claire’s chicken katsu curry recipe.
