Whisky Bar – No Smoking

Looking for a whisky bar rec that does not allow smoking.

I really like the vibe at Four Seasons in Ginza, but inevitably someone comes in to also smoke and, personally, I don’t like the smell.

Looking for the big counter, bar tender, cocktails and large whisky collection vibe.
