I’m a recent graduate and I recently received a job offer from a pretty big company in Japan that I accepted. They said we will start working on my COE shortly. I am very excited but also very paranoid. I have a few questions with regards to that.
1. How much would I have to be involved in COE application?
2. What are the possible reasons that a COE could be denied even with a job offer? My criminal background is clear, but is there anything else?
3. When I receive a COE, could the visa still be denied and if so, why?
4. Is there anything I should watch out for when applying that could make it less likely for me to received a COE or the visa?
