Weather & Matcha?

Hi everyone! I have an upcoming trip to Japan and was wondering what type of clothes to bring? Visiting for the last two weeks of April and while I have checked the weather report, I’m from California and afraid that the way I dress for low 60s – high 70s here may not be sufficient for Japan climate.

Also, a huge fan of matcha and wondering which places are the best to get some affordable and quality matcha to bring home? (tokyo, kyoto, osaka, etc) I would love to bookmark specific spots to visit!
