To keep it simple, I’m a masters student here about to start my second year. I’m also learning Japanese at the side (currently about N5/N4 and aiming to reach N3 next year). My current plan is to stay here for another year or two while studying for N2 and taking the test before the next step.
However, the problem is that there are few jobs that I can work in with my limited Japanese proficiency, save for English teaching which I’m definitely not qualified for. What other options do I realistically have? Alternatively, what problems are there in my initial plan? Thank you in advance!
EDIT: I didn’t mention what I’m studying because it isn’t necessary for me to get a job in that field. Same for what I want to do, but I’m thinking of going into either the education sector (administration, student affairs, that sort of thing) or translation.
