Hi! Hope everyone is doing well. Ok, so I’ve searched the subreddit and the internet to piece together some train info but just want to make sure I’ve gotten it right and get some advice. I’m going to be traveling from Osaka -> Kyoto -> Hakone -> Tokyo over 2 weeks. Would y’all be able to help confirm my thinking here?
**Osaka -> Kyoto**
Planning on taking the Hankyu train out of Umeda Station to Karasuma Station, and then 6 min walk to hotel. I assume I don’t need to book in advance and can purchase at the station with an SUICA card.
**Kyoto -> Hakone**
Purchased tickets on the Hikari Shinkansen to Odawara but what is the best way to get to onsen Madokano-Mori from there? Would it be best to take a bus the rest of the way? Or is it possible to get to Gora Station somehow? If I take the bus, would I be able to use my SUICA card here or do I need to purchase a Hakone Freepass?

I purchased the observation tickets on the Romancercar leaving Hakone-Yumoto to Shinjuku station but I’m a little confused about what ticket I need to buy and where to get to Tokyo. When I purchase that ticket, would I use a Hakone Freepass to Tokyo or do need to buy a different ticket?
