They specialize in shrimp broth. This one was miso based shrimp broth. Absolutely killer. Waited ~1 hour to get in, got extra soft boiled egg and bamboo skewers. Them marinated bamboo were THICC.
Noodles were just the right tension and chewiness, and soaked up the rich broth well. Very flavorful by itself!
Ugh I would wait a thousand hours over to taste it again.
