As title states, I live in a leopalace and my downstairs neighbour snores so loudly that the sound travels to me and keeps me awake.
I know it’s directly below bc there’s no one either side of me.
What can I/ should I do? Should I leave a note or speak to leopalace? Feel bad bc they can’t help it but I lose so much sleep over it.

Edited to add:: I can’t sleep with earplugs in, and feel bad about white noise in case it keeps other neighbours up
