I don’t really know my raw fish. I think top left is salmon and top right is tuna. Bottom right is maybe squid, because it had a more chewy almost pasty texture. Whatever is in the glass bowl is gonna ba hard to tell, didn’t get a good picture of it, but it was marinated in a yuzu ginger sauce
