I’m about to move to Japan.
I have epilepsy and am currently taking Levetiracetam ER (extended release). I would like to get this medication prescribed in Japan. However, I’ve contacted yakkan people, and they said it will be difficult to see a doctor and get the medication prescribed.
Then, I did some research on my medication. It seems like Japan doesn’t have the ER version of Levetiracetam. (My research might not be thorough, cuz it was a lot of googling)
If I prefer to not change my current medication, what should I do? I’ll appreciate any advices and suggestions!
