I want to book a room for 2 people (with 2 beds side by side) on the Sunrise Express from Osaka To Tokyo. But when I tried the JR Site, it won’t let me. Here is what I did:
1. Select Sunrise Seto (Twin)
2. Chose Sleeper Car B
3. Entered email
4. Selected One-Way Base Fare Ticket and the Number of Users as 2
5. After this, the site gave me this error: A seat that does not allow reservations has been selected. For reservation of a private room, the number of users exceeds the room capacity.
To those who have booked this train before, am I doing something wrong? How can I book a room for 2 people?
