I‘m currently trying to figure out how to book tickets from Motobu to Yoron this Saturday the 27th. I already found out that Marix Ferry is leaving from Motobu at 9.20am but was not able to figure out how to book tickets. Do I need to do this online beforehand or just show up 20-30mins before departure and buy a ticket there? Is there a risk the ferry might be full if I don’t buy a ticket in advance? Grateful for any help 🙏🏼

For just a person or a motorcycle, you’ll be fine if you show up early.
For a vehicle, you need a reservation 90% of the time. You can make the reservation at the motobu or Naha office in person, or call.
