Okay. I’ve had it. I know I’ve posted about this before, but if all I get out of this is the catharsis that only venting gives, so be it.
TL;DR: work at eikaiwa run by demon mom and son. Went on vacation for 2 weeks for friends wedding. Find out from hired staff that the son (45m, btw) threw a 3 year old child (literally) out of the room and almost down a flight of steps because he wouldn’t sit down.

So, yeah. There you go. Don’t even feel like writing in detail as I’m in disbelief.

Something needs to be done, and I’m tired of students coming into my classroom crying be they were abused and bullied for not immediately understanding a second language. This isn’t your typical Japanese abuse that we have all come to know and love and ignore.

What do? There needs to be action at this point, and no one else is going to do it.

At this point, I’m one abuse to a child in front of me away from slugging the boss.
