Hi!
On may 15th I’ll arrive in Tokyo at around 2 pm and I was wondering if I should buy the N’EX tickets ahead of time risking missing my train in case I take too long to get out (I have to go through immigration and get a Pasmo passport IC card first)
Or shall I just wait and buy them there as soon as I’m done? I’m not sure if those trains will be too full or if there’s really a chance to get a seat buying at the moment.
