Niku Fes is this weekend. It’s a zero entry fee, family friendly event during the daytime. To be honest, the food prices are expensive for what you get. But most articles fail to mention there is free outdoor live music and you do not have to buy a stage ticket. It’s predominantly a mix of club music, anime music, vocaloid, and citypops. Groups of anime/vocaloid enthusiasts seem to show up just for dancing and raving.
Tuesday 4/30 is for oldies and citypops. Which is a commonly asked about genre on this subreddit. You can chill in the beer garden and listen to music totally for free.
