Hi, I’m an intl. student who left his dorm (Nakano) to stay in an apartment in Toshima-ku.
I am so confused about the process and now I got to know that I needed to inform Nakano-kuyakusho first that I am moving out, but I didn’t.
Now, what should be my process to get registered in Toshima?
A. Go nakano ku yakusho and tell them I moved out, then go Toshima kuyakusho and tell them I moved in
B. Simply go Toshima kuyakusho and explain that I did not inform Nakano and they will just register me
C. Something simpler???
Note:
Been 3 days since I moved in. I have Mynumber card from Nakano.
Will I need a new my number? Can all this process be online?
