Is there inheritance tax if my assets are inherited by brother in Australia?

Closest family is my brother in Australia who would inherit my assets (parents deceased, no children). Doing estate planning, would the Japanese inheritance tax trigger in this case? Brother has no plans of ever coming to Japan.
