Taxes when working for Non-Japanese company

Hi, I have a question about Japanese taxes.
I am a guarantor for my girlfriend who came to Tokyo from Ukraine as a refugee. She got 特定活動 visa. She works remotely for Ukrainian company and pays Ukrainian taxes.
What taxes does she need to pay in Japan?
I understand that this is a complex issue involving double taxation, so I think I need to consult with Japanese tax agents.
I called Japanese Regional taxation bureau English call center, but I didn’t understand much. All I got is that we need to make a reservation for some kind of face-to-face interview at the tax office, but for some reason I didn’t ask for details..
I also asked if I can have a consultation by email because of the communication difficulties, but I was told that only offline consultations are available. I do speak Japanese a bit, but I am worried about how I will be able to communicate about tax related stuff.
By the way, I am also Ukrainian and I work for a Japanese company, so all my taxes are handled for me by the company.
Has anybody had an experience of making a reservation at the tax office in Japan? Do I have to call to the nearest tax office to where we live and ask for a 対面 面接?
