My wife and I recently moved to a nice area in West Hyogo and bought a house that is in need of reforms. We had a builder to fix up this place before, but we were pretty disappointed with some of the work he did. We’d love recommendations for a new builder in Hyogo, especially one with experience working on Akiya and REALLY old (100+) houses. Bonus points if they speak English and Japanese.
