I’m checking the temperature daily but it’s still difficult to gauge what to pack for a climate in a part of the world you’re not familiar with. Arriving this week in Tokyo, then heading towards Kyoto end of April.
What sort of outfit would you go out with and feel comfortable right now? And if you are a parent, how would you dress a young baby?
Also is it a stupid idea to travel with just one pair of or shoes that are not rain resistant? Would like to buy a pair from Tokyo instead of bringing multiple pairs but could be risky if it rains as soon as we arrive.
