So, last weekend I tried to log into my account and got the dreaded “we have decided to suspend your account” message.
I promise this is not a case of “I did something shady I have no idea how these are the consequences of my actions*shocked Pikachu face*’ I truly have been wrecking my brain trying to think what I did to set off their system. It’s not like I send a lot of money, but also I’ve used it a few times this year so not a case of abandoned account.
Anyway, I already sent a “I want to appeal, what are the next steps?” Email but it can take up to one month to get a reply and I don’t even know how long from there.
I also know that there is a chance they will decide to reject my appeal (they don’t give explanations, so even tho I’m sure I didnt do anything wrong, thats a possibility), and in that case I would be banned from their service and I have to start thinking of alternatives.

EDIT: Transfers from the bank are too expensive.
