Daikokuya accepting foreign credit cards in-store?

I just saw on [Daikokuya’s website](https://www.daikokuya78.com/guide-payment) that they do not accept credit cards issued overseas. Has anyone here successfully used foreign credit cards for in-store Daikokuya purchases?
