Hey guys, gals and other pals. Have had a notification on my JP Bank app to update my Residence card. When I got my new one I went to the bank, and they said to do it online, which I did on March 26th. It was way early, so I didn’t worry about it. The app said it would take a while to remove the notification on the app, but it’s still there.
I went on a lil internet dive to see if it not showing on the app would be an issue, but I saw another post from a month ago that their bank was put on hold after they had updated online. My ‘old’ residence card ends on April 28th, so I am starting to sweat. Is this a problem? Or is it still a problem? Any chance I can find my details online outside of the app? Thx
