We are going to stay 11 full days in Tokyo and Kyoto/Osaka this early June. According to the [www.accuweather.com](https://www.accuweather.com) those 11 days would be 1 rainy day, 4 cloudy days, 4 rainy days, and 2 cloudy days
Our legs look like this:
* Tokyo 3.5 days: 1 rainy day followed by 3 cloudy days
* Kyoto/Osaka 0.5 + 3 + 0.5 = 4 days: cloudy when we arrive, then rain for the rest of the stay 🙁
* Tokyo 3.5 days: rain when we are back from from Kyoto and cloudy the rest.
Going to temples and forest is not going to happen under the rain, so looks like if the forecast holds, our Kyoto plan is pretty much screwed.
The forecast is pretty similar for both, so I could swap the Kyoto/Osaka leg with the Tokyo 2nd leg hoping that in Tokyo we could go to malls or something indoor during those rainy days. But that means that we may have to fly from Osaka to Narita. Not to mention rebook the rooms which are going to be more expensive now.
Any ideas or suggestions?
