Which bank is easy to open for a 合同会社 and can support reciving foriegn remittance in Yen?
My situtation:
* I’ve incorporated 合同会社 to provide consulting service for an overseas company
* Each month, the overseas company make a payment in Yen for the service
* I’ve opened a SBI Neobank when I started, and had no problem recieving the foriegn remittance in the past year and a half
* Last month, SBI Neobank suddenly decided to return the foriegn remittance
* Upon request, they won’t reveal any reasons for the decision and has stopped future service for reciving foriegn remittance
* Now I’m looking for an alternative bank to be able to continue receive the payments
* The next alternative I’ve read so far was GMO Aozora. I’ve applied and opened an account very shortly.
* Now when I applied for their overseas remittance service (powered by Wise) – I read some fine prints that foriegn remittance in Yen is not supported.
* I’ve also applied for Wise business account seperately and is now waiting for verification.
Anything else I can try?
Assuming the Wise account will get approved – would it be able to recieve payments in Yen? (I think the UK bank detail can hold Yen). And if I transfer Yen from Wise to my SBI Neobank, would that also consider as foriegn remittance that SBI Neobank will reject?
