First timer-itinerary advice

Hello! I’m headed to Japan for thirteen days and am feeling quite overwhelmed with planning. I have heard so many great things and I really hope this itinerary will allow me to experience it as best as possible. I am trying to avoid so many hotel check ins because I will have large luggage and will be a pain to travel with. Please leave me comments/ advice anything is very appreciated. Should I add/delete/divide my days differently?

1. Tokyo (May 1-May 5, 5 nights):

To do in Tokyo:
Shibuya SKY
Harry Potter Tokyo
Harajuku
Meiji-jingu Shrine
The Old Pub Streets Golden Gai & Memory Lane (Piss Alley)
Hamarikyu Gardens
The Old Tokyo – Asakusa
Ueno Park

2. Kanazawa (May 8 – May 8, 3 nights):

Kenrokuen Japanese Garden
Samurai District
Geisha districts
Omicho Market
Day Trip Option: a day trip to either Fuji Five Lakes or Hakone from Tokyo before heading to Kanazawa.

3. Kyoto (May 9 – May 12, 4 nights):

Southern Higashiyama
Kyoto Bamboo Forest
Okitsu Club Kyoto
Maruyama Park
Nijo Castle
Nishiki Market
Manga Museum
Day Trip Option: Nara

-Maybe add Osaka day trip ?

4. Hiroshima & Miyajima Island (Day 13, 1 night):

Miyajima Island
The Floating Torii Gate
Miyajima Ropeway
Momijidani Park
Itsukushima Shrine
