We’re coming to Osaka via cruise ship so we have to leave the park relatively early. From what I understand, if you buy the Express Pass (on both USJ site and Klook) they give you the times and you can’t change them. Is this true? Do you have any say in your times, especially SNW? If so, is there a time of day at the two month mark that I should book to get it as close to park opening as possible?
