I saw a few posts in this sub about these events but nothing recent. I’m planning to attend the BCF in November. Just a little background about myself, I’m mid-career and have N2. I’ve been studying JavaScript and I have a GitHub portfolio of some projects.
I’ve also been looking at some hotels near the Hynes Convention Center since the dates for the BCF were just finalized for November 15th to 17th and [Booking.com](https://Booking.com) says that some of the hotels only have several rooms left. I know that BCF is very popular and a lot of job-seekers will come out for the event but it’s shocking that some hotels are already completely booked or close to it for that weekend.
Anyone else planning to attend one of these events or willing to share any past experiences with these career forums?
