Hey guys.
I’ve been thinking of this awhile now and would appreciate it if anyone has some thoughts on this – Would there be an issue with immigration if I fly to Osaka with a one-way ticket, spend a week there then go to Tokyo and spend another week there and after that fly back to my own country?
I’m from Malaysia and my wife is Mexican, so we both have visa-free access to Japan AFAIK. I’ve been told that immigration may refuse entry if they don’t see a round trip ticket (assuming they ask for it in the first place).
Reason I’m thinking about doing Osaka first then Tokyo is because I’d rather spend my first week there instead of lugging my luggage from either place with a round-trip ticket.
