I’m considering moving to Japan for a job. Cooking is my passion, I love it more than anything. I especially like to make middle eastern/levantine/Mediterranean dishes. Is it hard or expensive to get pita, tahini, zaatar, good olive oil, Turkish coffee, dates, figs and pistachios in Japan?
