Basically I expect to hear answers involving areas around Tokyo. Unfortunately, I live in the Shiga Prefecture so taking a train to Tokyo would be about 5 hours each way. Are there any shops in or near the Shiga prefecture that would have places that can take care of black hair?
And because of the geography where I’m living, even getting to Nagoya Aichi is a 2 hour train ride even though it’s pretty close. Getting to Kyoto is fastest so any shops there would be even better if they exist.
