Hi all,
We’re heading to Tokyo for for 6 nights as part of a Japan Golden Route trip.
My wife really likes the look of Hoshinoya, which really looks like somewhere special, but we have some reservations about the location.
We’re not party animals but like to be in the mix and while we wouldn’t be night clubbing we would like the option to go to bars etc. Also we’ll be doing the general tourist stuff.
Clearly Shinjuku is a better location for all of that, but the hotels don’t seem all that great, or if they are nice, appear to be in sketchy af areas.
Just wondering if staying In Otemachi would be horrendously inconvenient/detrimental to our stay or if it would be fine?
Likewise if there are any more conveniently located, higher end (and Japanese style) hotels that would be amazing
