I’m a university student and I have just moved from a dorm into a rental apartment today. It’s a wooden apartment and is quite old (>20y) though I think the room has been renovated somewhat. Also, my room is one the first floor.
Anyway, I have found some cobweb going through the room along with some brown spiders. I have photos in the link below. There’s a tiny one in the corner of the room (with some eggs?) and a not-quite-tiny one chilling on the top of the entrance where there’s a gap to the outside.
Should I just leave them be? I’m assuming that they aren’t venomous and I’m okay with a small spider or two inside my room if they just mind their own business.
