Hello, I‘ve been wanting to eat a good Schnitzel for a while now, but the german places in Tokyo all don’t look that good.
I‘ve looked at Schmatz, Zum Einhorn, Eichenplatz, Kaiserhof and basically all other places I could find on google and the Schnitzel didn’t look properly done.
(If you know a good place, I‘d be glad if you told me:)
Alternatively, if you don’t know any places, do any of you know where I could find the right cut of veal and breadcrumbs to make it myself.
